- Picnic Real Food Bar: Award-winning eatery with seasonal menus, featuring fresh, locally sourced produce and a range of nourishing meal options, including vegan and gluten-free. Everything here is considered and delicious, with food made from scratch with care.
- Loborn Tasting Bar: Modern, impeccably crafted amaro and spirits, inspired by and handcrafted on Tamborine Mountain, and distilled with pure filtered spring water, sourced onsite.
- The Floral Atelier Studio and Store: Bespoke floral arrangements, original floral artworks and other unique creations that evoke joy. Offering workshops and masterclasses.

All tenants recycle and use bio-compostable products and packaging, reflecting a commitment to minimise environmental impact.

Picnic Real Food Bar offers eat-in, takeaway and take-home food. We favour local and seasonal produce, and nourishing food made with care. Our bar is stocked daily with freshly made salads, house-baked pastries and a range of healthy, wholefood options.
We serve natural Australian wine, craft beer, mountain cider, organic kombucha and micro roastery Reuben Hills coffee. We freshly cold press our juice every morning.
Here, you can relax on our deck and have a bite to eat, or let us pack you a picnic box so you can throw a rug on the grass at one of the many scenic spots across the mountain.

Studio + Stockroom
The Christine Sharp Studio + Stockroom is the workspace, gallery and store of local author and artist Christine Sharp.
Artworks for sale include abstract oils on canvas or linen, works on paper in a variety of mediums, and a range of limited edition art and photographic prints.

Potta Studio at North Stores offers unique hand-built and wheel-thrown ceramics made in-store by Andrew Moir. Choose from a vast selection of specialty ceramic pieces and a range of quality gifts. Orders and commissions for bespoke ceramic works can be arranged with Andrew at the studio.
Andrew offers fortnightly workshops in hand-building for those wanting to create their own handmade works.
